“Doctrine Just Divides… It’s Love That Matters!”

Love is a vital part of our fellowship with God and with one another. We can know all the right things, and even have faith that moves mountains, but if we don’t have love towards one another it means nothing.

Love is not a feeling or an emotion, but a person, God. He is love, and when we abide in love we abide in God and God abides in us.

No one person knows all the right doctrine, and is perfect in knowledge. A person can have correct doctrines, but his heart can be far from God.

Your first 2 points u make are correct as those are the 2 important commandments and ur got the order spot on BUT you also have to examine that Yes God loves (John 3:16) but he also hates (Psalm 5:5)

Christ didn’t come to simply teach us how to live together, but to save a multitude of fallen depraved people. Please understand this

Ioan 17

1. Dupa ce a vorbit astfel, Isus a ridicat ochii spre cer si a zis: “Tata, a sosit ceasul! Proslaveste pe Fiul Tau, ca si Fiul Tau sa Te proslaveasca pe Tine,

2. dupa cum I-ai dat putere peste orice faptura, ca sa dea viata vesnica tuturor acelora pe care I i-ai dat Tu.

3. Si viata vesnica este aceasta: sa Te cunoasca pe Tine, singurul Dumnezeu adevarat, si pe Isus Hristos pe care L-ai trimis Tu.

4. Eu Te-am proslavit pe pamant, am sfarsit lucrarea pe care Mi-ai dat-o s-o fac.

5. Si acum, Tata, proslaveste-Ma la Tine insuti cu slava pe care o aveam la Tine, inainte de a fi lumea.

6. Am facut cunoscut Numele Tau oamenilor pe care Mi i-ai dat din lume. Ai Tai erau, si Tu Mi i-ai dat; si ei au pazit Cuvantul Tau.

7. Acum au cunoscut ca tot ce Mi-ai dat Tu vine de la Tine.

8. Caci le-am dat cuvintele pe care Mi le-ai dat Tu. Ei le-au primit si au cunoscut cu adevarat ca de la Tine am iesit si au crezut ca Tu M-ai trimis.

9. Pentru ei Ma rog. Nu Ma rog pentru lume, ci pentru aceia pe care Mi i-ai dat Tu; pentru ca sunt ai Tai: –

10. tot ce este al Meu este al Tau, si ce este al Tau este al Meu – si Eu sunt proslavit in ei.

11. Eu nu mai sunt in lume, dar ei sunt in lume, si Eu vin la Tine. Sfinte Tata, pazeste, in Numele Tau, pe aceia pe care Mi i-ai dat, pentru ca ei sa fie una, cum suntem si Noi.

12. Cand eram cu ei in lume, ii pazeam Eu, in Numele Tau. Eu am pazit pe aceia pe care Mi i-ai dat; si niciunul din ei n-a pierit, afara de fiul pierzarii, ca sa se implineasca Scriptura.

13. Dar acum, Eu vin la Tine; si spun aceste lucruri, pe cand sunt inca in lume, pentru ca sa aiba in ei bucuria Mea deplina.

14. Le-am dat Cuvantul Tau; si lumea i-a urat, pentru ca ei nu sunt din lume, dupa cum Eu nu sunt din lume.

15. Nu Te rog sa-i iei din lume, ci sa-i pazesti de cel rau.

16. Ei nu sunt din lume, dupa cum nici Eu nu sunt din lume.

17. Sfinteste-i prin adevarul Tau: Cuvantul Tau este adevarul.

18. Cum M-ai trimis Tu pe Mine in lume, asa i-am trimis si Eu pe ei in lume.

19. Si Eu insumi Ma sfintesc pentru ei, ca si ei sa fie sfintiti prin adevar.

20. Si Ma rog nu numai pentru ei, ci si pentru cei ce vor crede in Mine prin cuvantul lor.

21. Ma rog ca toti sa fie una, cum Tu, Tata, esti in Mine, si Eu in Tine; ca si ei sa fie una in Noi, pentru ca lumea sa creada ca Tu M-ai trimis.

22. Eu le-am dat slava pe care Mi-ai dat-o Tu, pentru ca ei sa fie una, cum si Noi suntem una –

23. Eu in ei, si Tu in Mine – pentru ca ei sa fie in chip desavarsit una, ca sa cunoasca lumea ca Tu M-ai trimis si ca i-ai iubit cum M-ai iubit pe Mine.

24. Tata, vreau ca acolo unde sunt Eu, sa fie impreuna cu Mine si aceia pe care Mi i-ai dat Tu, ca sa vada slava Mea, slava pe care Mi-ai dat-o Tu; fiindca Tu M-ai iubit inainte de intemeierea lumii.

25. Neprihanitule Tata, lumea nu Te-a cunoscut; dar Eu Te-am cunoscut, si acestia au cunoscut ca Tu M-ai trimis.

26. Eu le-am facut cunoscut Numele Tau si li-l voi mai face cunoscut, pentru ca dragostea cu care M-ai iubit Tu sa fie in ei, si Eu sa fiu in ei.”

Jesus Prays for Himself

1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, 2 as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should[a] give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. 4 I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.

Jesus Prays for His Disciples

6 “I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word. 7 Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You. 8 For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.

9 “I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours. 10 And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them. 11 Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me,[b] that they may be one as We are. 12 While I was with them in the world,[c] I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept;[d] and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. 13 But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.

Jesus Prays for All Believers

20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will[e] believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

24 “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. 26 And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”
